  • Identity Proof of the Trademark Owner- Documents such as PAN card, Passport or Aadhar card, Incorporation Certificate (in case of a Company or LLP). In case of registering a trademark for a partnership firm, identity proof of all the partners is to be provided.
  • Udyog Aadhar / MSME Registration Certificate- One can avail rebate from the government (in case of Individual/ proprietor/ partnership firm) if they possesses Udyog Aadhar Registration certificate and fees for trademark filing for those entities is Rs. 4500. However, they have to pay Rs 9000 to file if they do not possess an Udyog Aadhar Certificate or in case of large companies or organisations.
